Baked Salmon II
We love this. But we marinate it and then cook it on the grill -- 3 minutes per side. We like our fish slightly crunchy on the outside.

Peppy's Pita Bread
Easy, delicious and very impressive for friends and family. Great served with a antipasto salad stuffed into the pockets.
