Saltine Toffee Cookies
These are soooooo awesome! They should be called disappearing saltine toffee cookies! We just love them!

Sophie's Zucchini Bread
Very good. Perfectly cooked in the hour, the loaves look great and it is really tasty, moist, not too sweet. I used almonds instead of walnuts and added some clove as someone had suggested. I will use this recipe again.

Rhubarb Bread I
This was good. It took longer to cook than 40, closer to 50, 55 minutes. Very tasty though, a nice use for Rhubarb. My preschoolers loved it.
