Tomato and Garlic Pasta
This was great. I used a fork and roasted the tomatoes over an open flame for about 20 seconds each. Much quicker way of peeling a tomato, just make sure you warm the entire tomato. My wife and 7 year old son loved it. We are going to use the left over sauce to make personal pizzas.

Balsamic Vinegar and Olive Oil Dressing
Quick and easy. I made this on different occassions with fresh herbs and then dried. Both were very good. I would suggest an mild olive oil though.

White Chili with Ground Turkey
Very good recipe. Would definately reduce the ammount of liquid in this by cutting the Chicken Stock in half and drain and rinse two of the three cans of beans. Also I am not big on cinnamon in food, except french toast. I kept it in next time I will leave it out. Wasn't bad with it in just think it would be better without.
