Apricot Chicken I
Husband rated a 5 1/2. He said, Best yet! Kids didn't care for it, though. Made my own dressing, too, with Mayo, Ketchup, and Worchestershire Sauce. Leftovers were even better the next night! A keeper for sure. Thanks, Nannie

Glazed Meatloaf I
Great tasting meatloaf with few ingredients. I might add a little green pepper next time. My husband says he still likes "my" meatloaf but I like this recipe better, especially the sauce. Thanks, Nannie

Vegan Refried Beans
Too runny. . .but, you might be able to add sour cream and make a good bean dip. Thanks, Nannie
