The camelized sugar makes a nice presentation, but it really doesn't have any caramel flavor. If I make this again, I will make my homemade caramel sauce (carmelize sugar in water, then mix with half & half or whipping cream), and drizzle the sauce over each serving. This recipe is very easy, but I was a bit dissapointed with the result.

I'm not a fan of this. The flavor really isn't interesting. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't special. For something this unhealthy, I really wanted it to taste magical! It needed some tang - like a splash of vinegar or a cup of sour cream. This recipe isn't memorable enough to bother tweaking it.

Wow, who knew this was so easy. All the microwaving seemed a bit too involved - i just did it on the stove top. I popped my corn on the stove-top, too. I drizzled the topping and mixed in a large bowl. Worked perfectly. Under 10 minutes from start to finish.
