Anything spicy ... chili is my favorite ... very forgiving & hard to mess up !!! hmmm... not sure I should admit it....... but fried food is the best... you can even spice that up too !! my latest is a traditional Jamaican Jerk Recipe with all fresh ingredients that you can use on chicken or pork...even beef !! luv to mix it with a mango salsa & black beans and rice !! Never follow a recipe to the T.... add your own special touch .. usually for me ends up being more "spice" of some sorts ... the spicier ... the niceier... haha ... yes I am one that adds comments along with "what I did differently"
