Very good, the whole family liked it. I used fresh wild Sockeye Salmon steaks. I live on the West Coast so fresh salmon is plentiful.
I never had Balsamic vinegar so I used Apple Cider vinegar. I also did not have ginger so I left it out, and I used Canola oil instead of peanut oil. We have algeries in the family so I never keep peanut oil in the house.
Next time I will use Balsamic and then maybe red wine vinegar. I am sure all will taste as good. :)
