Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
I made about a triple batch of this for a holiday potluck at my office. It was a nice change of pace from the traditional potluck items (meatballs, chili, etc). It didn't receive any specific rave reviews, but a good portion of it was eaten, so I'll take that as a compliment. It stayed moist after several hours (well above the recommended cook time). I think it was due to my packing my slowcooker to the brim with chicken. On the whole, a pretty easy recipe. Just make sure to serve it with a really good quality kaiser roll...makes all the difference.
