Dinner Delivery

So last night I was forced into trying to come up with a new idea for dinner, since I took out spare chicken parts instead of the ground beef to make some cheeseburger mac. DUH! My favorite quick thing is tacos. While I personally don't care for Italian food at all, it seems to be the best thing I can cook. I also enjoy doing stir-frys. Mmmm...stir-fry.

Monday dinners. We truly value our lazy Sunday's in this house and enjoy doing nothing but snacking that day. So we turn Monday into our big meal day.
