This recipe made perfect strawberry/pomegranite jam. I gave it as gifts this Christmas and already have "orders" for more come next fall. Sweet, but not too sweet. I split the fruits 3/4 pomegranite and 1/4 strawberry. A very very good blend.

A traditional cookie that is an instant hit. I have been asked to make this cookie for school, church, and family alike with even the pickiest eaters coming back for seconds. I make these nice and small and take them out of the oven the moment they start turning golden brown. My daughter's favorite filling is the strawberry but i have tried numerous jams with high praise.

All 4 kids liked it as did the husband. This will be a recipe I pull out when the vegetable choices get bland. I used frozen broccoli and lightly steamed it in a steamer basket in an inch of water. Worked perfect!!
