White Chip Chocolate Cookies
These exceeded my expectations! I followed the recipe, except that I used 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1 cup white sugar in place of the 2 full cups of white sugar. The cookies came out crisp, yet chewy and very delicious.

Frosted Pumpkin Bars
I made these as instructed, except that I used whole eggs in place of the egg whites. They were good, but not anything to write home about. The frosting was sweeter than I would have preferred.

Raisin Farfel Kugel
Big hit! I love my egg noodle kugel best, but this was a great breakfast treat for Passover. It was very easy to make, too!
