I have 4 grandkids ages 7-10 that live with me. I have a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management and chose the cooking side vs. the "management" side.

Dill Pickle Meatloaf
I too got the same recipe from my mom; the only difference is mine has ground beef and sausage. The original recipe came from Bird Farm Sausage Co. My grandkids ask for it very frequently! I now add sautéed chopped carrots and sometimes roasted red peppers for an added vegetable ingredient; it helps keep the meat loaf moist and the kids really like it.

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast
Absolutely delicious; my 4 grandkids(ages 6 - 10) thought it was super! I didn't change a thing and the pepperjack gave it a real nice kick but not too hot. Kids are already asking for it again and I just made it 4 nights ago.

Moist Carrot Cake
By far the moistest carrot cake! I made this cake and baked it in 2 9 inch pans. I had to leave but one layer wasn't done so I turned the oven off and left it in for about 2 hours; it still came out unburned and moist! This one is a real keeper, thanks!!!!!
