'Day Before Payday' Kielbasa and Corn Hash
This was awesome - my whole family loved it! The eggs really add to the dish, so don't leave them out. I would not change a thing.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken
We did not like this, as the chicken was dry and not very tasty. Took a lot longer for everything to cook than what was listed in the recipe. Will not make it again.

Creamy Swiss Chicken Casserole
This was very good, even my kids ate it! I used a small amount of Worcestershire sauce on the chicken before cooking. I used Monterey Jack cheese instead of Swiss and I added fresh, thyme, rosemary and oregano for spices. I thought next time I might add more mushrooms, there weren't enought of them in there and a sprinkle of garlic. I didn't need to add salt or pepper after that, it was perfect! Thanks for sharing.
