Mandarin Orange Chicken

This is definitely a keeper! The only thing I did differently was I cut the chicken into strips and sauteed them instead of the whole chicken breast.

Carrot Cake VIII

This is one of the best carrot cake recipes I've ever tried. I think this will be my "usual" recipe from now on.

Tropical Salad with Pineapple Vinaigrette

This is always a crowd pleaser. I take this to many get togethers and everyone loves it. It is so easy to make.
