Best Ever Muffins

The title of this recipe is so true. I made three types (apple cinnamon, chocolate chip and blueberry) . They were delicious. This will be my goto recipe from now on.

Soft Chocolate Cookies

These cookies are incredible, I could not wait until they got cool before I started gobbling them up. They taste like a brownie, but in cookie form. I will be making some more tonight because after I ate some my husband finshed the batch.

Two Step Creamy Cheesecake

My mom used to make this for us all the time when we were kids. I make it now for my family and it is super easy. My only change is that I add 1 tablespoon of pure vanilla extract while it is mixing. Great for a quick dessert.

Chewy Brownie Cookies

These turned out really good. I normally use butter when I make cookies but I did not do so with this recipe. I followed it exactly and I was so surprised how good it turned out. It had just the right amount of chocolate flavor and chewy texture just like a brownie. A keeper!!!

Blackened Salmon Fillets

Chicken Florentine Casserole

This turned out really tasty. Instead of frozen spinach, I saute'ed two bags of baby spinach and sliced Portabella mushrooms. This recipe made a wonderful sauce that I poured over white rice. Will make again.

Chocolate Chip Muffins

I read a few reviews before I made them and the consensus was that they were not very moist made as followed. I increased the milk to 1 cup, 1 additional egg and 2 tsp of vanilla extract. It turned really moist and tasty.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

This recipe is restaurant quality, I did not alter anything. I was so surprised how delicious this turned out with very few ingredients and how quickly it came together. My family came back for seconds and they cleaned their plates!! This is definitely "Company Coming Over" type of dish. Thanks!!

Roquefort Pear Salad

Wow this was good. This salad with the mustard viniagrette was unbelievable. The flavors of tangy and sweet was such a nice balance. The only thing I did differently was that I omitted the avocados (Hubby does not like them) and replaced it with a handful of dried cranberries. This will be a favorite on the dinner table.

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

This glaze was so good, I think this just put the meal over the top. I did like others have suggested and cooked the Filet and the glaze seperately and then I threw it together. My husband loved this. He said that it was best he's had in a long time. This will be made again but only on special occasions.

Bread and Celery Stuffing

I have never made stuffing before so I decided to try this particular recipe for Thanksgiving. It was excellent, exactly like I expected it to taste. I made two batches. In the second batch, I cooked turkey sausage with the onion and celery and then followed the recipe as directed. There was nothing left. Great recipe.

Maple-Soy Glazed Salmon

I was surprised how good this turned out, I love the salty and sweet combo. Everyone had a second helping of this. Only change I made was that I added minced garlic after reading some of the reviews. I also served the spinach alfredo rice recipe as a side dish from this website, fantastic!!

Spinach and Rice Alfredo

This was soo good, I love the addition of spinach. It was so creamy, the kids really loved it. I added a little bit more salt and pepper because it seemed a little bland. Definitely will make this again.
