This is a great recipe. So simple, and so delicious. Served it with store bought gnocchi (I was a little hesitant of that, but it was great) and had dinner in less than half an hour. The only reason I'm giving it four stars is because the onion flavor was overpowering. I read that in other reviews, so I used a small onion--which was probably less than half a cup. Still, the onion overpowered everything else and was SO strong. I think next time I make this I will start with 1/8 cup of onion and keep working with it until I get the right amount. Other than that, it was great. I added a few red pepper flakes which gave it a little kick, and will do that again next time.
