Swiss Green Beans
I made this last Thanksgiving and forgot to rate it until now. I left out the salt, thinking it wouldn't need it with the butter and cheese, but it needed it! First bite was very bland, but when I added salt to my serving it made a huge difference. Nice change from the usual green bean casserole -- will definitely make again.

Nicoise-Style Tuna Salad With White Beans & Olives
Great recipe. Tastes just like the nicoise salad from a restaurant that I love. I used kalamata olives instead, and left out the eggs and green beans. Served over mixed greens instead -- was super easy. Also, after an initial tasting, added a little more oregano and lemon zest.

Quick Sausage and Bell Pepper Calzones
This recipe is great, but it is certainly not quick. The filling is no problem, but rolling the dinner rolls is a pain. I will make again but try it using refrigerated pizza crust and making 4 large calzones. (Note: the recipe as stated makes 8 small calzones -- we had two each.) They were a big hit with my husband.
