Very yummy i pretty much skipped the garlic because i made it in batches. This will be a regular in my bread making rotation. Did the dough part in the bread maker with 3 1/2 cups of flour as suggested and it came out great.

Oz's Banana-Nut and Raisin Bread for ABM

Not a bad bread, but it was bland and not very bananay. I skipped the raisins, but know that was not the problem. The bread is very moist thanks to the bananas though

Pineapple Zucchini Muffins

This is a great muffin recipe. I did a half batch and subbed 1/2 cup applesauce for the oil. I did use a full can of pineapple, so the end result was not as much about the zucchini. I will definately make these again.

Easy Corn Pudding

Great Dish. I took this to a church potluck and had to give ot the recipe. I will definately make this again. Everyone loved that it was not sweet or full of sugar. Uber easy to make as well

Chocolate Frosting II

I added a little more butter because we used it to frost a cake. The family loved it, but it was a bit sweet for my taste. Great with white cake.

Tofu Parmigiana

great recipe. The texture is great. i can see how someone would not know this is tofu. My 11 year old gave it 2 thumbs up as well, and she knew what it was. this will become a staple recipe for me.

Moist Chocolate Cake

the flavour is great. clearly an error was made in typing. It needs a cup ofmilk and some oil. The cake was ok because I served it for my daughter's birthday with some ice cream. I am sure the milk and oil would go a long way with moistness.

Cheesecake and Fruit Dessert Pizza

I had to add a second pack of cream cheese. And I played with the fruite becasue the strawberries at the stor were not lookigso good. I did a green apple and bananas instead. I melted a 1 square of chcolate and piped it over the top. It looked it was a picture, and it tasted jsut as good as it looked.

Garlic Chicken with Orzo Noodles

I picked 4 stars, but wpuld have been closer to 3.5. It is not bland, but a littel one dimensional. I added pepper. I would add more lemon and a bit of lemon zest next time. I agree that it was a bit oily. I would do 1.5 tbs next time.

Ground Beef Curly Noodle

Great weeknight meal. I will make it again and again. Of course I do look forward to playing with it a bit. I added some frozen pease for a hit of green in the recipe. Loads of flavour.
