This came out great! I used italian bread crumbs with romano cheese, and added durkee onions to the bread crumbs, and thin chicken cutlets.. served with angelhair tossed with red sauce on the side. We think it was practically identical to Chicken Romano from the Cheesecake Factory.

Baked French Toast

Made this for mothers day.. everyone loved it! I used only 1 cup of milk and poured out the remaining liquid (just a little) before baking. Used lots of pecans! I had to make 2 layers in the dish.. next time I would make sure I coat the bottom layer better with both the egg mixture and syrup mixture.

Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips

Everyone loved this for mothers day brunch. I didn't add any sugar and served with the homemade chips and raspberry toast crackers from the store. It was a big hit!

Burrito Pie

I used only one can of refried beans and half the amount of taco sauce. Then I added 8oz. salsa and some taco seasoning... it came out great served with sour cream.
