Tomato and Avocado Salad
This is a great recipe for dinner or an appetizer. I added 1 clove of minced garlic, and then topped with crumbled feta cheese. Do not refrigerate tomato or avocado, best if they are at room temperature. Dressing can be chilled. I am very lucky to live in So. Cal and am able to get fresh hass avocado's and tomato's from the local farmer's market for this recipe.

Romano Cheese Crisp
This is a great change from regular garlic bread. I used two head of roasted garlic mixed it with the cream cheese in a food processor, then mixed in by hand the romano cheese and some dry parsley. It went well with the Tomato and Garlic Pasta on this site.

Tomato and Garlic Pasta
This is a great recipe. Use only fresh tomatoes, score bottom of tomato with X and place in very hot water and then in ice water, this will make it easy to peel. Increased recipe 4lbs tomato, 6 cloves garlic, 3 tbsp of basil, 3tbsp fresh parsley, 8 oz can of italian herb tomato sauce, 2 tbsp tomato, paste, 1/4 cup of white wine, 1 pkg of red peppers(we like spicey). Can add shrimp. The use of all the fresh ingredients makes this recipe great! I made this for a family dinner and had to cook more pasta because the first batch was all gone.
