I made this twice. The cookies spread out so much that I thought I must have used too much shortening the first time. I was wrong! I followed the recipe to the 'T', measuring exactly. The second batch was worse than the first. I even tried lowering the temp, after the first dozen came out so thin, but this didn't help at all.

This is a very moist and delicious banana bread. I made it exactly as the recipe called for, but I halved the recipe and made 8 mini loaves. I loved the addition of cocoa to make it a chocolate bread, but I would have prefered more of a 'banana' flavour. I brought it to work and everyone that tried it, LOVES it! I will definitely be keeping this recipe, but will modify it for a lower fat version the next time I make it. Thanks!

This cookie was just what it promised... very soft and chewy. I did adjust the recipe a bit, I substituted half the white sugar with brown sugar and I added 1/4 cup flour. The first batch didn't spread and I pressed down the rest with a fork, and they turned out better that way. Very good cookie, but needs just a bit more peanut butter flavour. Thanks for sharing your recipe.
