Pumpkin Spice Cake with Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting
This is an awesome cake! It is my daughter's favorite - so much that we are using this recipe for her wedding cake, which is in October, so it's perfect!

Chocolate Eclair Dessert
Very good recipe. I wanted to try something different, so I used cinnamon graham crackers - it was awesome!

Louisiana Shrimp Creole II
My family loved this - I used Chicken instead of shrimp since that was what I had on hand. I did not add the corn starch until the end and added more hot sauce and a little cajun seasoning. It was a winner
