Rachael's Superheated Cajun Boiled Peanuts
I thought they were very good. Everyone enjoyed them at our Supper Club. I cooked them for about 26 hours and let them sit and cool in the "brine" so they got even more flavor. I will definitely make them again!

Slow Cooker Barbecue Beans
I really liked this recipe. I made it for a BBQ yesterday and everyone loved it. The only changes I made were using 1/2 cup ketchup and 1/2 BBQ sauce (with a little mustard mixed in) instead of all ketchup. People have been asking me for the recipe all day.
