Mom's Sweet Potato Bake
Very yummy, got 5 stars from all of my guests! I followed the suggestions of other reviewers and only used ~1/4 cup of white sugar, and added a little bit extra vanilla. I also only used 2 eggs, since that was all I had on-hand, and it seemed to work fine. I'm not a huge fan of nuts, so I substituted oats for the pecans and it worked out nicely. Definitely a great recipe!
