Red Velvet Cake I
Exceptional cake! This was my first attempt at Red Velvet Cake and it turned out amazing. I used 4T cocoa, 1oz red food coloring, 1C veg oil, 2C sugar, and no vinegar. I left the frosting recipe as it is and the frosting is amazing! I am going to use it for all of my other cakes! This recipe makes exactly 2 dozen cupcakes with lots of extra frosting, next time i will cut it in half.
