Squash Casserole I
This squash casserole was great! The only ingredient I altered was the sugar - substituted Splenda and only used a teaspoon or so. Oh, I did use butter instead of margarine (hate the stuff). I guess that's two ingredients then! The squash's taste really shines through! Thanks Gaye!

Greek Pasta Salad
Great recipe base.I did double all ingredients except the pasta. I used olive oil and kalamata olives in place of vegetable oil and black olives - if using kalamata olives be careful about adding more salt. Kalamat olive are much more salty than black olives. I also added some Greek oregano,red wine vinegar and halved cherry tomatoes.I broiled chicken breasts that had marinated in Greek dressing and sliced them to add to this salad. This salad was great and of course, even better the next day. Thanks Sara!

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
This was a great recipe! The only changes I made were seasoning the fish with Old Bay and not using the lemon juice - none on hand. This went well with rice and green beans. We will be making this again. Thanks Phoebe.
