Delicious Black Bean Burritos
This recipe is a keeper. At the end, I added some spinach on top of the mix and covered the frying pan for a few minutes to let the steam cook the spinach, then I mixed it all in. Didn't bother with the oven either, I just nuked the tortillas (I found this recipe made 4 burritos rather than 2).
