Potato Cheese Soup
Yes - I will be making this again and again and again!! I did tweak it a bit. We had no celery and I used yellow american instead and it was delicious. Great with a good italian bread and don't be afraid to add (many) more potatoes either.

Chicken Marsala
Let me start off by saying that this is my favorite dish to eat. I've tried many chicken marsala recipes but none compares to this. It's so easy and delicious!! I make it often and have never had to put away leftovers--It's a HUGE hit. Thanks lisa.
