This recipe was EXACTLY what I looking for. I was short on time and did not want to deal with a recipe that had 20+ ingredients. A+ all the way.

I must have done something wrong because the icing came out horrible. I threw it away! First of all...2 t. of milk and corn syrup for 1 cup of confectioners sugar?!?!? I kept adding more and more of each and it just was not good at all!! I thought it would come out better based on the reviews but it did not. Disappointed! ;-(

I have tried other cookie recipes like this in the past and this is definately THE BEST ONE I HAVE TRIED IN A LONG TIME! SUPER easy to roll..did not have to add a whole bag of flour when rolling...however, I did have to add a little. The cookies were so soft the next day. I wanted to eat all of them. But in usual fashion, sometimes I skim the recipe and then proceed to make it. This was one of those times. Did not realize it was all confectioners sugar. Thank goodness I had a COSTO bag of sugar on hand!! EXCELLENT RECIPE. Highly recommend!
