Cantonese Dinner
I made this with chops and it was very good. I didn't have tomato sauce so I used a can of tomatoes in juice and it was just fine. I also browned the pork with a T. of flour and it helped thicken up the sauce. I made some fried rice and broccoli with chili and it was a great meal!!

Lemon Chicken III
The lemon taste of this was very strong, BUT I love lemon so it was really good. The juice also "cooked" the chicken so it was very tender and almost to the point of questioning if it was really cooked. The breading became very soggy in the oven so I had to put the chicken on a baking sheet and put them under the broiler to crisp up the coating. My fiance loved the flavor too, so next time, I will just remember to cook under the broiler for a few mins. or just leave off the the breading.

Broccoli-Cauliflower Salad
This was okay. I bit bland- but I added some celery and curry powder. It tasted like the flavors didn't meld very well. I was a bit dissapointed and will only make if Im craving veggies w sweet dressing cheese and bacon all mixed together. Sorry.
