Oh my gosh...fabulous! Only change I made was to use more soup for extra gravy but used cream of mushroom and cream of celery instead of chicken based. The fresh tomato, especially since they're in season, added just the right texture. And the basil was the perfect seasoning. I will make these again and again. Thanks for the new twist on chops!

KEEPER!!! Hearty, flavorful and delicious! Coated the beef with flour mixture, added 2c water for more gravy & used red potatoes (skins on) as 3 others suggested. Will be pulling this one out on cold nights all winter long! Thanks for sharing Paula.

Taste's just like buffalo chicken wings! I get asked to bring this to every Sunday football gathering. I left the cheddar cheese out since buffalo wings in the restaurant don't come with it. Big hit! This one's a keeper!
