Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Very good recipe. Either use half the chocolate chips called for OR double all of the other ingredients. I recomend the latter of the two becuase it does not make very many. Good with semisweet or milk chocolate chips. No other changes to the recipe needed.

Quick Black Beans and Rice

I was worried it might come out mushy after reading some other reviews. So when the timer went off and it was a little on the dry side with the rice not totally done I was suprised. I added 3tablespoons of water and gave it another five minutes. It was perfect!!! My family loved it, it is cheap too. I will certainly make this a regular meal at my house. Thank you for this lovely, simple recipe. Note: recipe says four servings, well it fed all four of us twice and it was the total meal served only with a half ear of corn as a side.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

We have enjoyed these for awhile now and are excellent! I recently developed an allergy to milk products so now I use margarine and rice milk and they are still excellent. Every now and then we add a pinch of cinnemon but they are very tasty without any modification at all and super easy and fast to make too.

I was amazed at great this recipe tasted. Will make this often for sure. I did not have any fresh carrots so I used canned ones and it still came out great although I think fresh would have been a little bit better.

Classic Tuna Noodle Casserole

We all liked it very much. I have made it with cream of chicken soup and cream of mushroom soup also and it still comes out great, actually I think it comes out better than with the cream of celery.

Black Forest Dump Cake II

Chicken and Red Wine Sauce

I dont have any paprika so I had to leave out that ingredient. I usually make this with tenderloin but any cut of meat should work fine. There is a special place in Heaven for whoever made up this recipe. This has gotta be the best chicken I have ever ever had in my entire life. Family shares my sentiments.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

I have made this lots of times. It is the best meat loaf I have ever made or for that fact, the best I have ever eaten. Sometimes I add some of the catsup mixture into the meat instead of pouring it on top. It is sooooo good. Even my kids like it and they used to be afraid of meatloaf.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

these are the absolute best chocolate chip cookies in the world. period. I have made probably around 30 different chocolate chip cookie recipes and this puts all others to shame.
