This was quite tasty. I added 3 cloves of minced garlic with the onions, and it was wonderful. :)

I think I needed to cook these longer than suggested. Mine came out more like just chunks as you can see in the pic I submited. I tried to mash them down a litle, but had no luck. I will also use only half of the cloves next time I make this.

These were absolutely amazing. This sauce was so good that I wished I had something to eat more of it with, after my pork chop was all gone. Cooking so long and low assured the chops came out tender. The flavor of this sauce is amazing. Thanks for a great recipe. This one is a keeper, and will be laminated and put into my recipe box. :)
