I asked my sister-in-law what her favorite veggie was and she said brussel sprouts. Well I had no idea how to prepare this vegetable so I came to allrecipes.com. I read the recipe to my s-i-l and she said it sounded good. So I figured she would be the only one eating these so I only made half the recipe. Well that was a huge mistake!! Everyone in the family was eating these things as if they were popcorn. There was not one brussel sprout left. I highly recommend this recipe. I even ate a few!!

I loved this recipe..but then I love ranch dressing. My husband liked the recipe, but he isn't as fond of ranch as I am. I will definitely make again, and will use less ranch dressing and will add garlic cloves as suggested by others. I may add a little more wine or a little less cream cheese as we did not taste the wine at all. Wonderful recipe. Thank you Angela!

I loved this soup. The only thing I did different was to add 2 drops of Tabasco to give it some zing. I used feta on top and it was wonderful.
