I love this recipe. I bake it over cooked brown rice. It is fast and easy and tastes great!

Chocolate Covered Strawberries
very easy - turned out great! I made them for my daughter's wedding. If you make them ahead of time, be sure you have enough refridgerator space because they do need refridgeration if not used within a couple of hours.

Strawberry Spinach Salad I
Everyone loves this salad. I too use less dressing and have made the dressing using splenda instead of sugar.
