I love to bake, and do potlucks. Trying new dishes are fun and you find some real keepers. Thanksgiving Day with all of the family. Getting up at 4:00 am with my Mother to get the turkey stuffed and get the pies in the oven. Watching her cook with no recipe and everything being great! My Eggplant Lasagna, Broccoli casserole, and my Fruit Cocktain Cake.. Handmade tortillas! We could have used them for plates! Too much baking powder, I think. Haven't tried since!
