Beer Lime Grilled Chicken
My whole family of 6 enjoyed this chicken. I omitted the cilantro (we just don't like it) and added chili powder during cooking, then some fresh lime juice before eating. It was very good, and we will use the leftovers in fajitas.

Cheddar and Olive Balls
These are fabulous! Tasty, cheesy. Very easy to make, the kids like to help. But they are not good cold, you have to bake in batches so they get eaten when hot.

Fudge Meltaways
This is our all-time family favorite. Sometimes I use peppermint extract in the frosting layer and add a little green food color. I also use unsweetened chocolate in the crust, and drizzled over the top, cuts back on the sweetness, but it is still very rich. I use egg substitue in the crust, I think that can prevent salmonella? We also cut them very small because they are so sweet.
