Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast
Great! I sauteed mushrooms with butter, diced tomatoes, garlic, salt and pepper, drained a bit then added the spinach and sour cream mixture. I was short on time so I cooked the chicken breast on the stovetop until almost done then I just spread the spinach mixture on top of the breasts instead of rolling them up and it cooked quicker and the flavor was great! I didnt use and bacon. Will diffinately made again!

Slow Cooker Beef Vegetable Soup
Everyone Loved this soup! I was in a hurry so I cooked hamburger on the stove with garlic then dumped into a large pot with the other ingredients. I didnt use carrots though. Added a can of mushrooms. After it had cooked for about 30 minutes it still looked a little to thin so I added a can of cream of mushroom soup and it made the soup a little more hardy! GREAT!!

Get a Husband Brunswick Stew
Everyone loved this recipe. I omitted the pork,beef,celery and green pepper. I used a whole shredded and added some liquid smoke and garlic. A keeper!!
