Easy and delicious. I used 1 can of tomatoes, and 4 fresh tomotoes (peeled and chopped). Everyone loved it!

Very delicious, moist bread. Will try half white/half brown sugar next time. Everyone at the office loved it.

Tangy Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Terrific flavor! I roasted it in the oven (someone forgot to buy charcoal for the grill...) and it turned out moist, tender and very tasty. Will try it on the grill later this spring/summer.

Baked Cream Corn

Enjoyed, but every single person (8 in all) said there was too much pepper. I'll cut that down a bit next time, but will make this again!

Great flavor, easy to make. My family liked the 9x13 pan because there was more topping for everyone!

Honey Baked Chicken I

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2008
Good, but next time I'd cut the amount of butter and use more honey. I baked it for an hour at 325 and when I turned the chicken skin-side up I increased the temperature to 350 and baked it another 30 minutes.

Too "dry" - family said it needed more "sauce".

Cranberry Chicken II

Used leg quarters, as that is what I had on hand. Baked, covered with foil for 45 minutes, uncovered for 30. Very tasty dinner. Everyone enjoyed.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff II

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2008
I reduced the water by 1/2 and it was still to runny. Flavor was OK, but I prefer my old stovetop stroganoff recipe from The Joy of Cooking. I added fresh mushrooms, onions and basil, but it still was not what I expected.

So easy, very delicious. Next time I'll add mushrooms and/or water chestnuts, just for additional flavor. Everyone enjoyed the dish.

Quick and Easy Grilled Potatoes

Reviewed: Aug. 12, 2008
I used a liberal amount of seasoned salt and fresh ground pepper and followed the recipe exactly. These were AWESOME potatoes. Just added a touch of butter when we ate them. So quick, easy and delicious. Great alternative to baked/twice baked potatoes. Perfect for quick weeknight meals.

Sunday Pork Loin

Reviewed: Apr. 14, 2008
I tweaked the sauce recipe just a bit, based on the other 2 reviews: I added additional brown sugar, skipped the water, and upped the Worcestershire sauce a bit. We enjoyed a tender, flavorful pork loin.

Company's Coming Pork Roast

Made just as the recipe said and it was delicious. My 11-year-old wanted to scrape the glaze off the leftovers and eat it with a fork! Peaches had good flavor - nice side dish to the pork. Will make again!

Arroz Con Pollo Burritos

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2008
Made a couple of changes, but these were a HUGE hit. I used an 8-oz. can of tomato sauce instead of the diced tomatoes, added a bit of leftover corn I had in the fridge, and used regular onion in place of the green because that's all I had. I also used chicken broth instead of the water for the rice. Everyone loved them!!

I used cashews instead of peanuts, and after the first batch reduced cooking time a bit for my microwave. This is very good, very quick.

BBQ Chicken Pizza II

Reviewed: Nov. 13, 2007
Made this for my hubsand and I, while making a half pepperoni/half cheese pizza for the kids. Guess what? The kids ate most of the BBQ Chicken Pizza! I skipped the peppers, as my husband doesn't care for them. I also couldn't get smoked gouda so used plain Mozzarella. Was still a delicious pizza. I'll try the smoked gouda next time though.

Teriyaki Chicken by CRISCO®

Reviewed: Nov. 2, 2007
The kids loved this. I thought it was too oily and lacking flavor. I marinated the chicken for about 24 hours, and that was good, but the sauce had no flavor. Not sure I'd make this again without adjusting the sauce.

Great flavor, easy to make. What more could one ask for for a great weeknight meal? I used a large can of broth and cooked everything in the crockpot. Everyone loved it!
