I grew up in a Polish family, learned how to make all the traditional polish foods. Then married an italian,,,,,,,, wow what a turnabout. My family had no recipes, it was all watch me. lol So I made a few of my own but I realized I did the same thing, a pinch of this and that. Now I love making recipes me. golembki, stuffed peppers, borscht, homemade chicken fingers (a big hit with the kids) , hamburger goulash, my half ham is awesome !!!!! my grandmothers stuffing, and apple pit is the best. I got the apple pie down, but not the stuffing.
