Dawn's Candied Walnuts
Super easy, super fast. Be sure to use the best cinnamon you can buy, it makes all the difference. Great on a goat cheese salad.

Sausage Cups
wonderful!! I use sour cream and add salsa too. they can't get enough! You can pre make the filling and freeze them and use when needed.

Asian Lettuce Wraps
I think it is great! I used ground chicken, olive oil, butter, red chili flakes and fresh ginger. It is a recipe that you can tweak to your tastes. Try it at least once!!
