I love to cook new things. Who wants the eat the same old 10 recipes every 2 weeks! Not me! tacos, cottage cheese chicken enchiladas, steak, shrimp scampi, pork stir-fry, to only name a few. Thanksgiving-WOW, my first ever was 2001, and everyone raved on and on how good everything was!! Now that was worth all the planning, organizing, shopping, cleaning, stressing, etc. Can hardly wait to have everyone over again this year! Thanksgiving! It may have only been 15 family members at my house, but being 27 years old and just learing how to cook, I think I did a very good job! nothing so, far...knock on wood!
