Crispy Fish Fillets
This was great... but I substituted panko (Japanese bread crumbs) for the potato flakes... served with the Tartar Sauce IV...

Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting
I only used about half the sugar, but I refrigerated overnight to thicken before using it and it was perfect.

One Bowl Chocolate Cake III
Love it! I like to scatter chocolate chips over the top before baking, and ice with a cooled ganache (cream and chocolate). This cake is definitely better the next day or after freezing and defrosting.
