Spiced Tea Mix
Patsy, this is a lovely tea mix. I've had hot spiced tea in several restaurants, and this certainly competes with them all. It's easy to add new spices to the mix and create new "strains" of the tea, such as adding vanilla or crushed raspberry candies. As for the low rating, it might be a good idea to practice ahead of time if giving as a gift to be sure of it's success. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Famous Butter Chicken
OHMYGOSH! What a terrific recipe! I was very skeptical that this would be anything great, but was limited on time and ingredients and decided to take the word of all the other reviewers. I'm so glad I did - this goes into my "make it again and again" recipe file. We like spicy food, so I added the following to the cracker crumbs: 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning, extra pepper, itialian seasoning, garlic powder. My husband and I both fell for it -- juicy, easy, fast. It didn't look like cracker-coated chicken, rather it seemed more like upper-end restaurant fare. Thanks so much for this fabulous recipe!
