Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
Wonderful! I use this recipe when I have ton's of tomatoes from the garden. I freeze the tom and juice mixture for winter soup! I wouldn't use anything but the heavy cream, as milk and half and half separates. ( It doesn't taste bad, just looks wierd.) I add some sherry and whatever seasonings I have, to taste. Great recipe!

Lasagna Alfredo
I used this recipe as the base to my lasagna and then added to it. The day before I baked the chicken breasts in a pesto sauce. Then the day of, shredded in a processor, sauted garlic, onions and green pepper, added chicken then used the jar sauces. Used some seasonings and added some white wine to give the sauce a nice taste. I used the garlic sauce and the sundried tomato, and then to the empty jars I added some water to get the last bit of sauce and to thin it out a bit. I used cream cheese instead of ricotta. By reading all the reviews, I knew exactly what to do to make my lasagna perfect. Will use this recipe again, and may try to make it a seafood lasagna one day. I served this with my red lasagna, and this was by far the favorite!

Washabinaros Chili
This recipe is so tasty! I picked this one because I had spicy turkey sausage that needed used up...but I didn't have wasabi or habenero (the 2 main ingred) I had everything else so I went for it, and it's fantastic! Chili is usually the one dish I make from the "packets"...(I thought it was faster and easier) but this was pretty easy to make. Tim helps with the chopping of the veggies...he loves garlic, so we used a head of garlic. Can't wait to make this again, WITH the wasabi. Yummmmmmmmmmm
