Orange Roasted Salmon
very easy to make, the kids loved it. Very mild hint of orange but mostly just great flavor! Try it! The roasting time of the oranges slices and onions gave me time to finish the side dishes and then the salmon took about 17 min. It was perfect!

World's Best Peanut Butter Fudge
WOW! This was my first time attempting fudge and it was such a wonderful experience! It came out beautifully and was so easy to make! I set the timer for 5 min. to not rush myself and everything came out great! I'll send this to my friends! Thanks again Debby!

Creamy Peanut Towers
yummy when I made them! Maybe my bread was too soft, because the bottom piece got really flat, but they still tasted great! I made four pieces per sandwich, I think they would of smooshed around too much if I tried 9. They look beautiful and I'm serving them at a tea for pre-teen girls tomorrow!
