Barbecue Ribs
Here is how we changed this. I didn't use the rum, I didn't have any chili sauce so I skipped that too. And I used about a tbsp of regular mustard instead of the dry stuff. This was outstanding. Really sweet which my husband doesn't usually like but he liked this. It is a definite do over at our house.

Elderberry Pie II
Oh My-Took forever to clean the tiny tiny berries. Cooked them and it looked fine. I don't know what goes on in the baking process but when I was done it was crunchy-not good. NOT a do-over

Butternut Squash Soup
I also oven roasted the squash before hand. Made it much quicker to put together. My 9 year old daughter loved this. I added the called for cream cheese and I thought it was fine, very rich and creamy. Needed a little salt but otherwise great recipe that will go in our do-over file. Oh, I just made half a batch.
