Cabbage Roll Casserole
This was tasty---made basically as written with the exception of seasoning the meat (only salt in the mix would have been bland I think) and cut the recipe in half. I used minute rice so undercooked rice wouldn’t be a problem and it came out great, however if you don’t like instant rice I wouldn’t recommend subbing it since it cooks up to have a different texture . Will make again, but I think I would prefer it a little sweet and will try that next time
