Molasses Cookies II
great texture and look, but the flavor wasnt the intense molasses/ginger I was expecting (bland actually) and a bit salty. Maybe due to the amount of salt (about 2x the amount I am used to). Very disappointed as I made a double batch and wont make again.

Cinnamon Cranraisin Bread
My machine did not mix well and all the berries ended up on the bottom. Flavor of the bread could use a kick but the smell was wonderfull. I will try again the old fashioned way using more spice and 1 cup berries.

Sweet Corn Cake
Big hit, made a double batch. Didnt taste as good the next day, but that was probably due to nuking it.
