Dessert Crepes
We are hosting a French exchange student and wanted to make crepes, but couldn't decipher his mother's recipe due to French ingredients, so we tried this one. It was great! Our French student said they tasted almost exactly like his mother's (which take hours to make!). These are super easy once you get the hang of it (timing, flipping).
